The petitioner has prayed for consideration of her complaint filed before the police authority on 24th October, 2025 and a direction upon the 5th respondent to take necessary steps in terms thereof.

This Court is informed that the complaint has been registered as FIR and charge sheet has been submitted upon completion of investigation.

In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the same she is at liberty to approach the appropriate Court for redressal of her grievance.

In view of the above, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the writ petition pending. The same is disposed of accordingly.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
