Petitioner is in custody for ten months. He submits there is no direct evidence connecting him with the murder. He prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record.

Witnesses stated petitioner was last seen with the victim. His Aadhaar Card was recovered from the place of occurrence. These clinching circumstances implicate the petitioner in the crime.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
