We have considered the materials on record.

Victim is a person with special needs. Her statement was recorded before the Magistrate in sign language. She stated she had been raped by the petitioner. Bail prayer of the petitioner has been rejected earlier on merits. 3.

In view of the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
