1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. The prosecution case is that the present petitioners are the principal accused. One of the injured received fracture injury in the right parietal region with scalp hematoma.

4. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
