Mr. Ghosh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner participated in the selection process as submitted by Ms. Samajpati appearing on behalf of the State respondents on the previous occasion.

This Court finds such fact was not brought on record. No explanation is given as to the reason why such fact was not brought on record. This Court has not appreciated the conduct of the writ petitioner. To the mind of this Court, omission of such facts tantamounts to suppression of materials facts. Accordingly, WPA 24221 of 2019 is dismissed.
