Petitioner submits dispute arose out of alleged breach of contractual obligations. He had an agreement with the de-facto complainant to supply food products. When he terminated the contract and entered into similar contract with third party, a criminal case was registered. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. A hire agreement was entered into between petitioner and de-facto complainant for valuable consideration. Part payment has been made.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz., Bishal Tekriwala @ Vishal Tekriwala be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. He shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
