1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. It reveals that similar such application as made by the petitioners was rejected by us on 25.09.2023 in CRM (A) 3702 of 2023.

3. While passing our earlier order, we have considered the injuries of the victim which occurred on account of pallets.

4. In absence of any supervening circumstances, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in favour of the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
