The petitioner approached the District Consumer Redressal Forum with his complaint. He alleges bias on the part of the district forum. During the pendency of the complaint case, the instant writ petition was filed seeking transfer of the complaint case from one Commission to another but by the time the writ petition could be considered, the district forum disposed of the complaint case. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the district forum.

It has been submitted that the Commission ought not to have proceeded with the complaint case, as the writ petition was pending disposal before this Court.

No order of any competent forum has been brought to the notice of this Court staying the hands of the Commission in proceeding with the

complaint case. The complaint case was decided on merits and disposed of by the district forum. 4.

As the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by the order passed by the district forum, it will be open for him to approach the appellate forum for relief, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
