The petitioner's father expired on 23.08.2012 and he filed an application for compassionate appointment on 24.06.2014.

Ms. Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the State submits that this is only an application without any enclosure thereto.

However, I direct the Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas being the respondent no.4 to consider the matter and to pass a reasoned order in this regard within a period of four weeks from date.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
