The grievance of petitioner is that the respondents have not declared the result pertaining to the two years D. El. Ed course for the session 2017-2019 in which the petitioner participated as an in-service teacher. A representation dated 30th September, was submitted by the petitioner to the respondent no. 3, inter alia, praying for issuance of mark sheet and certificate of the said course but the same has not been considered. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner has approached this Court.

Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and upon considering the materials on record, I am of the opinion that no useful purpose will be served by keeping the writ petition pending and the issue needs to be relegated to the respondent no. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to consider the

representation dated 30th September, 2024 and to take a decision, in accordance with law and to communicate the same to the petitioner. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be handed over to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
