Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Pregnant housewife had been murder in the matrimonial home. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier. Offence, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment.

In view of the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
