Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the victim lady along with the daughter has been recovered. As such, the petitioner presently is not having any grievance or any redress to be canvassed before this Court. State has submitted a report which reflects that in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2024, the victim lady along with the daughter has been recovered and identified by the writ petitioner.

Accordingly, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The writ petition being WPA 26984 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
