Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 2 was not named in the FIR. They are in custody for more than two years. They have been falsely implicated in the instant case. They pray for bail.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. We have perused the statements of the witnesses recorded under section 161/164 Cr.P.C. The earlier prayer of the petitioners for bail was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. There is no change in circumstances. Considering the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant of bail to the petitioners. 4.

The prayer for bail is, therefore, rejected.
