1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioners in the assault of the victim who was also raped. As a result, victim died.

3. In view of the gravity of offence and materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
