1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner complains of inaction on the part of Kolaghat Police Station in investigating into FIR No. 519 of 2022 dated 16th October, 2022.

3. It is submitted that investigation has been completed and charge-sheet being C.S. No. 521 of 2022 dated 31st October, 2022 has been submitted.

4. This Court is of the view that the petitioner shall be entitled to seek any remedies in accordance with law before the concerned learned Magistrate.

5. The report of Kolaghat Police Station dated 6th December, 2022 in the form of instructions addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta be taken on record.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
