1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Victim had taken loan from the petitioner but did not repay it. Petitioner was seen going towards the place of occurrence at night. On the next day body of the victim was found floating. His mobile phone and weapon of offence i.e. knife were recovered on the leading statement of the petitioner. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
