1. This revisional application has been filed assailing the order dated 03.06.2024, whereby Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat fixed a date in the month of March, 2026.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that necessary direction may be given for early disposal of the case involving a complaint, which is filed by a senior citizen.

3. Considering the facts delineated in the revisional application, I do not find any necessity to direct the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties.

4. Accordingly, service upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

5. Having considered the submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner as well as the copy of the orders annexed herewith, Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat is requested to dispose of the case as

expeditiously as possible and, if necessary, by preponing the date after serving notice upon the opposite parities.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
