A perusal of the petition reveals that the petitioner had submitted the representation on 28th November, 2022 and immediately thereafter the present PIL has been filed on 01.12.2022 without waiting for the outcome of the said representation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition subsequently if the need so arises.
The prayer is allowed and petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
