2. This is an application for recalling an order of 17.02.2025, dismissing the writ-petition as no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Sufficient grounds have been made out, explaining the inability to appear on 17.02.2025 by the learned Advocate of the petitioner.

4. The application for recalling the order dated 17.02.2025 is thus allowed. CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

5. WPA 27003 of 2024 is accordingly restored to its original file and number.

6. The writ-petition seeks to challenge the simultaneous proceedings adopted by the respondent-Bank to obtain an award and a proceeding under The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

7. The petitioner has fairly admitted that his remedy lies before the appropriate Tribunal.

8. Since the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy available to him, WPA 27003 of 2024 is dismissed. No order as to costs.
