Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are relatives of the principal accused. They were falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioners were involved in collecting money from the public with the promise to refund with handsome returns. There are at least seven first information reports as against the petitioners. The amount of money involved is around Rupees 9 crores.

There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners.

Apparently, the petitioners were collecting money from the public on the promise of return with handsome interest.

Apparently, there are number of criminal complaints as against the petitioners.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 5673 of 2022 is dismissed.
