1. None appears on behalf of the appellant even in the second call.

2. The appeal was filed on 1st December, 2022 after obtaining leave to file the appeal without certified copy showing urgency. Thereafter, no attempt was made by the appellant to list this appeal. The matter has come at the instance of the Court. The conduct of the appellant shows that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the appeal.

3. We have gone through the pleadings and the impugned order. We are in concurrence with the finding of the learned Single Judge that the writ application was devoid of merit and does not warrant any order other than dismissal.

4. The appeal and the connected application are accordingly dismissed.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
