Heard learned advocates for the parties.

On hearing the parties, I find that pursuant to my order, compliance has been made by making payment of arrear, retiral benefit to the petitioner. He submits that there is no full compliance of interest part has not been paid by the contemner No. 2.

Mr. Bhaskar Prosad Vaisya, learned advocate for the alleged contemner No. 2 seeks time on behalf of his client for two weeks for full compliance of the order. Let the matter appear on 15th January 2021 when Mr. Vaisya's client will file affidavit of compliance. (Md. Nizamuddin, J)
