Ms. Reshmi Ghosh, Mr. Soumya Sankar Chini ...for the petitioners Mr. Rana Mukherjee ...for the respondent no. 5 The petitioner no.1 complains of a faulty investigation into FIR being Gariahat PS Case No. 10 dated 29.01.2022 under Sections 120B/420/467/468/471 of the IPC. The FIR was registered under the direction of the Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P.C.

The accused are represented.

The Gariahat Police Station has filed a report dated 02.03.2023, which is taken on record.

It appears from the report that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet under Section 120B/420 of the IPC has been filed against two accused persons, namely, Ashok Kumar Dhanuka and Saloni Jhunjhunwala Chowdhury.

The said two accused persons surrendered before the Magistrate on February 15, 2023. The

case was fixed on April 24, 2023 for appearance of the de facto complainant.

This Court sees absolutely no infirmity in the proceedings either before the Magistrate or the investigation of the Gariahat Police Station, which is being considered by the Magistrate.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that she was not aware of the proceedings after the FIR was registered.

Accordingly, the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
