It is the allegation of the writ petitioner that respondent nos.10 to 12 have raised some unauthorised construction on a PWD road affecting the egress and ingress of the petitioner to a plot belonging to him.

The petitioner submits that he has made a representation before respondent no.4 on October 15, 2023. The said representation has not yet been considered by the said authority.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.4 to consider the representation of the writ petitioner as

appearing at page 15 of the writ petition within a period of two (02) months from the date of communication of this order by passing a reasoned order. Respondent no.4 shall hear all concerned before passing the order.
