Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. On perusal of the writ petition, I find that the grievance raised in this writ petition is against the respondent no.4 and relief asked for in this writ petition is against the respondent no.4 who is a private authority and not an authority within the meaning of "State" under Article 12 of the Constitution of India and accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA 26693 of 2022 and the same is dismissed. However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar for the petitioner to avail any remedy available to her under the law.
