The report submitted by learned advocate for the State is taken on record.

It is submitted by learned advocate for the State that the petitioner/accused Md. Samim herein has been convicted and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for life passed by learned 1st Track Court, Chandannagar, Hooghly on 28.6.2019.

As such the application filed by the petitioner for transfer of the said case from the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Chandannagar, Hooghly to any other court at Chandannagar, Hooghly has become infructuous.

Heard and on perusal of the report, it appears that the petitioner has been convicted vide order dated 28.6.2019 along with other accused persons and sentenced to suffer

rigorous imprisonment for life by learned 1st Track Court, Chandannagar, Hooghly. So, this application has become infructuous.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the instant application being CRR 3734 of 2017 is thus disposed of with the above observations. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Liberty is granted to all parties to act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.
