1. After hearing the parties and considering the materials on record, we do not find any change in situation after rejection of the last application for bail of the petitioner. The accused was intercepted with five litres of codeine phosphate mixture. The chemical report was already there before the Court when the last bail application was rejected.

2. After considering these factors, we do not find any reason to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

3. The application being CRM (NDPS) 1797 of 2023 is, accordingly, rejected.

4. Since the trial has already started, let the trial be concluded as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
