1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the instant revisional application has been filed assailing an order passed under PWDV Act not in compliance with Section 29 of the Act.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has prayed for withdrawal of this revisional application with prayer to file afresh in compliance with the provision of Section 29 of the Act.

3. Thus, the revisional application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file afresh in compliance with the provision of Section 29 of the Act before the appropriate forum.

5. Original certified copy be return by replacing photocopy of the same.
