1. Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail.

2. Under such circumstances conditions of bail i.e not to enter the district of Paschim Bardhaman and to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned P.S within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing i.e. Mihijam P.S once in a week are waived.

3. Petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing.

4. Accordingly, application for relaxation of condition of bail being CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
