The petitioner challenges the order passed by the respondent No.2 on August 7, 2023, upholding the decision of the Board of Directors of the Bankura Wholesale Consumers' Co-operative Society Limited on June 10, 2022. 3.

As this is entirely a private dispute between the parties, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate authority under the relevant provision of the West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act, 2006 to ventilate his grievances.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 6.
