The records of the case reflect that on 22.8.2022, a Co-ordinate Bench of this court was pleased to observe that, prima facie, the cause of action do not survive.

However, at the instance of the ld. advocate(s), the writ petition was not finally taken up for disposal.

The writ petition again appeared on 5th of September, 2022, when, none represented the parties and, there was a direction for the matter to go out of the list.

I have considered the observations of the Co-ordinate Bench passed on 22.08.2022, and, I am of the view that as more then 13 years have passed since the initiation of the writ petition, the prayer(s) so advanced before this Court are of no relevance.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22488 of 2010 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is also dismissed.
