This application contains a renewal prayer so far as the petitioner no.2 is concerned.

There are materials in the case diary implicating both the petitioners in the incident.

There are two eye-witnesses implicating the petitioners. Such eye-witnesses recorded statements under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Live bombs were recovered from the spot. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5680 of 2022 is dismissed.
