1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected earlier on merits.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

5. Trial court is requested to consider the issue of framing of charge on the date so fixed and if it is unable to do so positively within two months thereof and in the event charge is framed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
