The issue before this Court has already been decided by the Supreme Court in the Pharmacy Council of India vs. Rajeev College of Pharmacy and Others reported in (2023) 3 SCC 502.

Subsequent to the said judgment, the two notifications that have been challenged in this writ petition, have been withdrawn by the authority concerned. In light of the same, no further order need be passed in this writ petition and the same is disposed of, as the reliefs have already been obtained by the petitioners. (Shekhar B. Saraf, J.)
