The innocuous submission of the writ petitioners is that the MSME Council is sitting tight over the application under Section 18 of the MSME Act filed by the petitioners on July 5, 2022 and may be directed to act on the same.

Affidavit-of-service filed in court today be kept on record.

Heard learned counsel.

WPA 26701 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the MSME Council, that is, the respondent no.1 to take up the application of the petitioners under Section 18 of the MSME Act for passing orders immediately.

It is expected that the MSME Council shall so take up the application at the earliest, positively within a fortnight from date.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
