The time table has expired in the meantime.

Therefore, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition which has become redundant upon expiry of the provisional time table which was under challenge herein.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA No. 25826 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall however be no order as to costs.
