Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Statement of the nephew of the victim shows direct involvement of the petitioners in the murder. They do not stand on the same footing with co-accused who has been enlarged on bail. Offence, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
