1. The learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors submitted that the proposal to file a review against the order passed by this court has been dropped and the department will comply with a direction issued in MAT 694 of 2022 and MAT 1904 of 2022 dated 22nd June, 2023. It is submitted that a communication has been sent to the applicant to furnish certain details and the communication will reach to the applicants very shortly and upon

submission of the requisite documents and details, the matter will be processed.

2. The learned advocate for the applicants submits that within one week from the date of receipt of the communication from the department they will submit all the details and directions may be issued to comply with the order dated 22nd June, 2023 within a time frame.

3. The applicants are directed to submit all the details in full form as called for by the department within one week from the date of receipt of the communication from the department. Thereafter the department shall process the matter and the compliance of the order be reported before this court on the next hearing date.

4. List these matters on 7th February, 2025.
