Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he has informed the police authorities on or about 03.11.2024.

Learned advocate for the state has submitted a report which reflects that Deganga Police Station Case No. 668/24 dated 20.11.2024 has been registered against the private respondents.

The prayer of the petitioner before this court was for registration of FIR. Since the FIR has already been registered, I am of the view that the purpose for which the writ petition was preferred, has been subserved.

Learned advocate for the private respondents is present and submits that he has already appeared before the court and has been released on bail. In view of the observations made above and as the case has already been registered, the investigating authorities will take the case to its logical conclusion after effectively conducting the investigation.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 27028 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
