Court is informed that the trial is in progress. There exists a certificate of enlistment for a business of the petitioner lying outside jurisdiction of the local police station.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to waive the condition requiring the petitioner not to leave the jurisdiction of the local police station to report the Officer-inCharge of the local police station once a week until further

orders. All other conditions in the order dated November 30, 2023 will remain the same.
