(Through Video Conference) Present appeal was filed challenging the order dated September 17, 2015 passed by the learned Single Judge. After filing the appeal it was never pursued by the appellants. The same was reported to be defective.
On August 25, 2021 no one had appeared for the appellants. The matter was adjourned for today. Even today none has appeared for the appellants.
The aforesaid facts establish that appellants are not interested to pursue the present appeal.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution.
