We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had absconded. He was declared as a proclaimed offender. Co-accused faced trial and have been convicted. Trial is in progress. 3.

In view of the gravity of offence and conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
