Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 3rd January, 2023 mentioning the name of the opposite party in the cause title as "Sumit Chakraborty" instead of "Sumita Chakraborty". The name of the opposite party in the aforesaid order be read as "Sumita Chakraborty" instead of "Sumit Chakraborty".

The order is modified to the above extent.

The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.
