Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is granted leave to amend the cause title.

The petitioner seeks an inter-district transfer on medical grounds.

In the circumstances, the D.P.S.C., Uttar Dinajpur shall obtain the medical opinion regarding the petitioner from the CMOH, Uttar Dinajpur and forward the same along with its comments, to the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. Upon receipt of the medical opinion and, if satisfied, the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. shall take an appropriate decision thereon, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 27031 of 2024 stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
