1. This matter has been mentioned for correction of a typographical error in the order dated June 10, 2026 passed by this Court. It is submitted by the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners that the year of Title Suit No. 93 of 2014 has been wrongly typed as "2024"

instead of "2014" in paragraph „17‟ at page „6‟ of the said order.

2. The correction, as prayed for, is not objected to by the learned Advocate appearing for the opposite party.

3. In such view of the matter, let the expression "Title Suit No. 93 of 2024" mentioned in the 6th line of paragraph „17‟ at page „6‟ of the order dated June 10, 2026 be replaced by the expression "Title Suit No.93 of 2014".

4. The other portions of the said order shall remain unchanged.
