On perusal of the order dated 27th October, 2025 it is revealed that in the 1st page fourth and fifth paragraphs instead of "The representation of the petitioner to the that effect, dated 20th August, 2024, is pending consideration before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, the respondent no.4 herein. The said representation forms part of the writ petition, being Annexure 'P-4'.

The respondent no.4 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law within 12 weeks from the date of communication of this order of this Court to respondent no.4." it should be read as "The representation of the petitioner to the that effect,

dated 20th August, 2024, is pending consideration before the Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24-Parganas, the respondent No.6 herein. The said representation forms part of the writ petition, being Annexure 'P-4'.

The respondent No.6 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law within 12 weeks from the date of communication of this order of this Court to respondent No.6."

The other portion of the order dated 27th October, 2025 shall remain the same.
