The petitioner seeks intra-district transfer on medical grounds of his child.

In the circumstances, the D.P.S.C., Murshidabad shall obtain the medical opinion of the petitioner's child from the CMOH, Murshidabad. Upon receipt of the medical opinion of the petitioner's child and if satisfied, the Chairman, D.P.S.C. shall take an appropriate decision thereon, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 27042 of 2024 stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.
