Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that his representation dated 14.09.2024, addressed to the different authorities of the police, were not acted upon.

Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record.

Learned advocate for the state has submitted a report which reflects that after communication with the Additional Registrar of Assurance 3, Kolkata a case has been registered being Sarsuna PS Case No. 169 dated 14.11.2024. Report so submitted by the state be kept with the record.

In view of the present case being registered under relevant provisions of cheating and forgery, the primary grievance of the petitioner has been addressed.

Learned advocate for the private respondent no. 7 is present and he submits the disputes and differences are civil in nature as the accusations are against the sister at the behest of the brother. Be that as it may the investigating agency has commenced the investigation.

Let the investigation be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 27045 of 2024 is disposed of.

A copy of the report has been handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
