1. Heard learned lawyer for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier. Bail prayer of co-accused Javed Akhter, who stands on the same footing with the petitioner, has also been turned down. Trial has already commenced.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
