Mr. Debabrata Ray, Mr. Rishabh Ahmad Khan ....for the petitioner Mr. Soumik Ganguli, Mr. Chittapriya Ghosh, Mr. Kuntal Ray ....for the respondent nos. 7 to 9 The Inspector-in-Charge, Bankura Sadar Police Station, has filed a report dated 12.01.2023. The same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that on the petitioner's complaint, the Bankura PS NCR No. 1315/22 dated 29.10.2022 under Section 107 of the Cr. P.C. has been drawn up.

The Bankura Sadar Police Station, shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

It is submitted that three civil suits being T.S. 136 of 2022, T.S. 177 of 2020 and T.S. 59 of 2014 are pending by and between the petitioner and the private respondents.

The parties may obtain appropriate relief from the Civil Court.

The parties undertake before this Court not to create any breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
